One is I think this might, indeed, be Czech time (I have to set mine 6 hours ahead of my local time to get it right).
But.. the more annoying thing is, when you edit a tournament (say, to add something to the description), whenever you hit the edit page, the hour jumps ahead by an hour. Perhaps a fellowship which fencer passed the offending IP's with date and time of attack might be an idea? One thing, we have a worldwide membership so finding a local agent should not be to difficult.
