Board for everybody who is interested in BrainKing itself, its structure, features and future.
If you experience connection or speed problems with BrainKing, please visit Host Tracker and check "BrainKing.com" accessibility from various sites around the world. It may answer whether an issue is caused by BrainKing itself or your local network (or ISP provider).
Leo The Lion: See "Brains" on the menu to your left. That's the referral process, however any new paying member would need to currently refer your ID number when buying membership, in order for you to get "Brains".
I'm sure Fencer will be more specific regarding the "links" etc.
Fencer: So, in theory, if I buy 150 Brains at 5 Euro, I am only actually buying 105 Brains for 5 Euro, because 30% of them will "disappear" if I use them?
Tiyulee: Change your weekend days to Frdiay and Saturday..... (If pawns can change them,....) and also switch your "Auto Vacation" on (if pawn have that....)
p.s. not been a pawn for a long time so might be wrong....
Fencer: Perhaps 14 days after the expiry of the membership, all game times for games already started when they were a mamber, revert to, say "1 day".
This way, if a Pawn who has previously supported the site, can still continue the games, but will be under pressure by way of time to finish them, and if they time-out, it will naturally thin the number of games out anyway.
In addition, the user will be able to "choose" games to play every day if moving in them all is not possible - rather than have games forfeited for them.
Princess Alison: well, i'm a moderator, so perhaps i'm biased? but to me, i just read the majority of your posts as negative, rather than "complain". Just my "view" - not meant to be insulting or offensive.
In any event, I dont think recent posts are what this board is intended for.
M4tt: in theory, what has happened to you should have happened to others who had "incorrect" BKR's, so there are probably others in the same boat as you.
The fact is it is now correct. Why play under flase pretences.
Everyone has the right and the choice to leave and play elsewhere, that will always be the case. The fact remains anyone who does leave will not be leaving to play at a better games site, so if the BKR correction is the reason why you would choose to leave this site, then there's only you that loses out.
"This page is currently being replaced by a new and improved version (if you find some topics empty, it is not a bug). The former entries have been moved to the FAQ section."
I think it means Fencer hasn't completed every section yet?
Jason: but that'd costs them - all for what? a few games not to time out on the internet? wouldnt make sense for someone to abuse it like that I think.
Fencer: but if they extend by a year today, and they had nil vacation days, then get 30, but use 10 before Jan 1st, should they not start Jan 1st with 20? or is the fact they get reset to 30 again a bonus of comitting to an extra year of membership?
shagglbrox: you will continue your existing games, but be subjected to the pawn limits - i.e. wont be able to start any more games until less than 20. (I understand)
Fencer: What if he's not very bright and didnt even remember to do it first time, never mind when he renewed? Can you backdate thyem again if I PM you?
Dont make it too cheap. We dont want anyone taking advantage of it, but should be reasonably priced enough to be affordable to someone who desperately needs to purchase a few extra days in a time of need.
Backgammonfan28: I understand it is completely random. The die are generated the first time you click into the game when it is your turn - as if you were throwing the die in real life. There is no favouritism or rigged dice. It's pure chance - and sounds like a lot of luck for your opponent.
