I like how these snowflake blame everyone for others mistakes
Last I knew, the president of the United States was in charge of fema
I could be wrong
Then of course you have the governor of the state
And of course when me Cruz planned his trip during his vacation, he was well aware that the frigid temps would create such havoc
So
He cut his trip short and was back in Texas before the people who were actually in charge did anything
But hey...that’s my opinion
