For example, one is not sure if he will be able to play tomorrow, so he sets a vacation day, then he actually comes here the next day [because of some reason] and since the vacation day cannot be cancelled at this moment, he won't be able to play. Kind of frustrating, isn't it?

This board is for feature requests, not for arguments. And it's absolutely normal that some requests are accepted and some requests are rejected because, as harley said, nothing can make everyone happy. When I say "NO", it means "NO" and it's pointless to bring the topic back here. It can be discussed elsewhere.
