José Peseiro is going to be dismissed tomorrow...

I had €100 on Greece (and €100 on Czech Republic).
Obviously, Czech rep was my 'serious' bet and Greece was my 'well I'd better put something on them being as I live here and my wife will batter me if I don't show some support' bet.

I've got Czech Rep at 12/1 to win Euro 2004 before the tournament started.
I got 100/1 on Greece as well.
Portugal were at 5/1 but I didn't back them.

Bry: England 7/1? more like 700/1! We have a manager who just sits there with his arms folded when losing! Brazil will win it with thier 2nd 11.

I think England or Germany are the best value for money,.....

Holland are one of the best teams in the World - on paper. With such a great side they should do a lot better at final tournaments, but like Spain, always disappoint.

I'm grumpy! Porto - 0 Benfica -2! But they deserve it, even in our bad bad bad moments of last year, I never had this nightmare! :-(

The best coach in Portugal is José Peseiro of Sporting...yes he is what I call an excellent coach, the successor of José Mourinhooh yeah!!!

They play tonight not yesterday, I will update you. Sorry you don't like Adriaanse, but I see you choose Alkmaar for your name team. So, I'm curious why you don't like him?
I must say I'm a supporter of FCPorto, still world champion of football not Soccer Andersp! (I understand that americans call it that, though I strongly disagree, but a european like you!??!?!... Tsss Tsss). So anyway Co its now trainer of my team so I hope they beat Koeman!

Andersp: I remember being in nevada (legal gambling) the year before my favorite NFL team won the super bowl. They were almost at 500 to 1 underdogs to win it all. I remeber thinking how stupid I wqas to not at least put down 10 bucks on them, just for the fun of having the ticket! Just that 10 bucks would have won me 5 thousand! Oh well... thats why they call it gambling I guess....

That goal by Poborsky is what we call "Frango" by Victor Baía...he was to ahead, and not positioned well. But that happens today with PORTUGAl too, with Ricardo...he is a real chicken!
