Dark Prince: Where exactly at BK is that rule written or referred to?

Dark Prince: Unless Fencer is on a vacation or something, the reversal will definitely not take longer than a few days.
I believe your assumption would be correct indeed. The problem with undesired identification of pieces would have to be taken as an inevitable side effect though.

Dark Prince, Chaos:

Have such moves been reversed?
Yes, they have.

How long does it take?
It depends on the method of reporting the illegal move. It takes Fencer much less time (and effort) if reported to him directly via PM than if reported in the BugTracker (or at least this is what my experience tells me).

What happens if unidentified pieces become identified as a result of the illegal move?
I have no idea. Good question though. :)

Chaos: Well, people who have accounts and play at BK are deemed to have agreed to the User Agreement and to the rules of all games that are played here. My understanding is that when my opponent (or anyone else on this site) makes an illegal move (i.e. a move which is not in agreement with the rules applicable to BK games), I am fully entitled to require the management to have such a move reversed. Therefore, I think the list of “obligated players” is rather redundant since they are obligated to that effect (not to make illegal moves) already.

So, umm, what happens if an “obligated player” makes an illegal move?

Dark Prince: No worries, it will have been fixed with the introduction of BK 3.0… which is expected to take place very soon… or has been for the past two years…

Pedro Martínez: And the German version is even stricter:

Generelle Regeln: (gelten für Spiele und Diskussionsforen)

1. Jeder Spieler auf BrainKing darf nur einen Account haben. Multiple Accounts sind verboten und können zum Ausschluss führen.

[General Rules: (to be applied to games and discussion forums)

1. Each BrainKing player may only have one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited and may lead to a ban.]

Vikings: The Czech version says this:

Základní pravidla: (aplikovaná na celém serveru)

1. Každému hráči je povoleno mít právě jedno registrované konto. Používání více kont stejnou osobou, především za účelem umělého zvyšování hodnocení pomocí úmyslně prohraných her je považováno za nesportovní a podobné chování nebude tolerováno.

[General Rules: (applicable throughout the site)

1. Each user is allowed to have only one registered account. Use of multiple accounts by one person, in particular with the view of boosting ratings by losing games intentionally, shall be regarded as unsportsmanlike, and such conduct shall not be tolerated.]

Now I wonder which version takes precedence?

Assunto: Re:
Nothingness: Take a 3-day bank and do the same math you did with the 10-day bank. I guarantee you will arrive at the same results. It's actually the bonus what the key is. The bonus tells you the average speed with which you need to move without timing out. With both 3-day and 10-day bank, you need to move, on average, 1 move per day (if the bonus is 1 day), so the total length of the game will stay the same.

Resher: You will definitely not upset me if you stay in the tournament. Having the experience of a number of ongoing espionage games against you and having seen your finished games (and knowing you would have won them easily even if completed “normally”), I was just surprised when I saw you listed as a beginner. That's it. No hard feelings.

BuilderQ is correct. That is the formula used here for computing BKRs. I translated it into Czech for Fencer so I know.
