There may be a person closer to where you live where you can send money, and they in turn PayPal it to Fencer. Or you could send cash to Fencer - I've never had a problem sending cash in the mail as long as you hide it well. (Don't let it look like there is money in the inside of the envelope) hope that helps - if not, I'm sure Fencer will be able to help also! :-) 15.
