Fencer: We can only sign up for one Team of a particular game as the system will not let us play for more than one. So how can someone playing for a team in one fellowship, leave that team while still playing for it in a match, and join another fellowships team of the same game ??? Is it a bug ??? If not the same person could carry on playing for every fellowship they are a member of.
MadMonkey: Not a bug, but I think is a good feature. Sometimes a team just needs 1 or 2 more people, and for players who like to play - being able to sign up for that team to play, then possible go back to their original team is a nice feature.
I think there was once a bug where the same player was playing in the same team challenge/match (against themselves) - I'm not sure if that was ever fixed or what came of it.
But as long as that does not happen - it's nice to be able to move teams. (But I would support maybe some kind of limit - like you can't join anouther team for 30 days since you joined another or something)

BIG BAD WOLF: Something has to be done. This player only joined my team recently and i put them in a match against another fellowhsip that started yesterday morning. Then in the evening they leave the team, sign up for another fellowship team and then challenge us to a match as well Something not quite right about that, if we all did that, it would make fellowship matches pointless.
MadMonkey: your not allowed to leave a fellowhip if you have outstaniding tournament games so i dont see why the rules should be different with interfellowship matches

crosseyed: simple answer to that dont invite that fellowship to any more matches and the question over time-limits you bring up again was well answered on the tournament board not so long ago
imsoaddicted: The simple answer is either the Barinking rules are changed so we are allowed to play for more than one Team of a certain game at one time or the bug is fixed so people can not abuse it.
crosseyed: You may say something about the time limits as often as you like - that doesn't mean that they will be discussed. There doesn't seem to be a point in discussing time limits to me - what aspect would you want to discuss?
And how can you abuse time limits? You simply can't.
Mr. Shumway: Yes I CAN mention time limits as often as I wish. It's people like you who discuss it further lol. If I play a game that is for 1 hour, I expect it to be I hour. Not 2 hours.
BIG BAD WOLF: I agree with you Wolf we should be able to move about a bit more. What's the point of being in so many Fellowships if you can't join in on some games.
imsoaddicted: Well it apears not on this site. I have played a few 1 hour games where it became a 2 hour game before completion time. I am not referring to the other night where no games were time-out when the site was playing up once again.
crosseyed: the time out is checked once an hour (as you can read in an article fencer on http://www.brainking.info posted this week)
therefore, when the time for a new move is started 5 minutes after the timeout is checked, then there is 1 hour before the timeout .. but at that time there will 55 more minutes before the timeout check will be done .. giving this move 1 hour and 55 minutes for the real timeout loss
BIG BAD WOLF: You will only be timed out if it is your turn during the time out check. So theoretically, the game could last for well beyond two hours.
gambler104: Yes, in thery if player 1 plays the second after the time out script plays, and the other player plays the second before it runs again - it could keep running forever - adding up to 9 minutes to the timed out time - but in reality, getting more then 10 minutes would be very hard - 20 minutes would be super hard, and super risky.
WellyWales: The people who make one hour games should label them as 2 hour games, or 1 hour time limit for each player (1+1 for each player = 2 hours for a game) - again, within 10 minutes or so usually.
