Artful Dodger: Australias minimum hourly rate is $13.74....I would NEVER work for that little amount of money. as for being unemployed, have never been unemployed and will never be unemployed. If there was ever a time of difficulty (I can't remember one but..if..) I would work for myself, and in fact the last 20 years that is just what I have done :) I personally believe that the kids will be like the parents....you will have generation after generation of "unemployables" 23.
