Septembrie 2003, 22:24:18 i totally agree with what you are saying, yes it is a parents responiblity for a child.. but there are those parents who just dont care what their kids do.. and there are some who cannot use the net.. or maybe dont know that their child is on it.. maybe at the library or round a friends.. |
