Nevertheless I agree that he should try changing browsers to see if it is a firefox problem with this site, or if all browsers he tries he still has the problem. Either way though he will learn something I suppose. I also suggest going through the usual laundry list of things to do, like cleaning his cache, rebooting his computer, doing a quick virus scan, and when he has time he should do a full virus scan (which should be a daily thing anyway regardless). Every now and then I get the "slow loading page" problem at the same time that others get it. Changing browsers etc. doesn't help that problem though. 23. If this had be 2 win match instead, it would have been over by now. And yes, some people have so many games going that they don't seem to pay attention at all. Just looking for some opinions on this - do people consider it poor form to resign the 3rd game of a 3 game match when you are leading 2-0, just to end it sooner? I'd do it when down 2-0, but I don't want to deprive people of that third game if it's going to bother them. The result of the match has already been determined, but the fact that they don't resign could be an indication that they'd like to play every game. Or they're just not paying attention. Thinking about it, I guess I'd limit this strategy to people with lots of games going, as opposed to someone who only has 10 games on the go. 1.
