picture this: a fellowship of photographers - at all levels of ability from interested beginner through pro - sharing knowledge, thoughts, and feelings on aesthetics, technique, equipment, and everything else pertaining to the art and science of photography. film, digital; APS, DX-format, 35mm, medium-format, view camera; lighting, metering, composition, megapixel counts, labs, darkrooms both chemical and computer; fashion, nature, product, travel, wedding, nude/erotic, abstract, portrait, photojournalism, whatever: it's all good, and it's all welcome here (and please only request admission if you agree with that statement).

while friendly, mutually-educational debate is welcome and encouraged, this is not the place for heated arguments about the superiority of Canon or Nikon or one area of specialization over another or whatever, and such posts (and any others deemed detrimental to the peaceful and comfortable atmosphere of the fellowship) will be deleted at the sole discretion of the Big Boss (that's me. :)

If I delete a F/S and we have a team tourney underway, will it effect the games?

Does deleting any f/s have consequences that should be considered before doing so?

why is it that i can see the event history on the discussion board at my fellowship(me being big boss),but i can't see the event history at anyones elses fellowship?

You can only see event history of the boards you moderate.

I am interested in a fellowship that participates in team tournaments regularly. I have gotten a lot of requests to be in fellowships, but a lot of them it does not look like they participate in tournaments. I am interested in one that does frequently for backgammon, backgammon race and crowded backgammon. You have to have frequent team tournaments in all three of these categories. If there is any team out there that does, please message me and let me know how often you participate in tournaments.

As far as im aware fencer is still the only one that can create team tournaments ,so every single fellowship cannot enter that many of those 3 tournaments because there hasnt been that many . But if you really mean tournaments inside a fellowship not just the actual team players then thats a differnt matter .

Our fellowship is so close to reaching our 200th member we are currently accepting applications. Ask not what we can do for you..ask what you can do for Purple World.
