coan.net: i beleive im right in saying didnt Chad at GT try the exact same thing with vacation days not letting you play at all if you had booked vacation and im sure that didnt last very long because it was a really bad idea

but i like to see no vacation days returned after youve used your quota up except in special causes which you should ask Fencer about

my own case is quite simply i do buy my vacation days back because im able to but i dont actually abuse them
its ill health that stops me keeping up with things
so to penalise someone by not gaving any back thou ill health is kinda scary to me
