In this case it wasn't the black that surrounded the king, it was the king that went to the middle of the pawns...
but if black captures the white pawn and then it can't move, it should be a victory for black... I think... 6. If its JUST on the game board, but they display a flag elsewhere, it would be your browser not reading it? Try right clicking where the flag should be, and click 'show picture'. 4.
