Konu: How to know where I am still in a team?

After my 'home' fellowships tanked twice, and I moved most team memberships to a third fellowship, I am now wondering if I might be still in some other team. However, aside from setting each game in each fellowship to see if I am listed as team member, I didn't find a way to get an overview.

Any ideas?
How can I see in which teams of which fellowship I am a member?
