SL-Bosse: Thats true, but if pawn will finish all his games and he is not able to advance to next round, he can contact Fencer and he will remove him from tournament and pawn can join another tournament.

If you want to play a game with an opponent of a similar level, you can define a required BKR range for a new game invitation. Then nobody with a BKR outside this range will be able to see/accept it. (Katechka)
