And, actually, you have answered yourself because you say that the delay happens at the "transferring data from brainking.com" status. Yes, transferring! Not a page generating, no waiting for a response, just transferring of the data containing the web page source. You describe the situation AFTER the page is sent from BrainKing to your browser, not BEFORE. Once again, that's what we cannot resolve because it's not technically possible.
There are always many different possibilities of network related problems which can cause this kind of a slowdown, including DNS lookup errors, browser memory leaks, international line overload, a glitch in ISP network switches, wrongly updated caches of proxy servers etc. I don't think it would make sense to list all of them.
