It explains in the game rules of chess (link on the left). If i remember correctly, neither of those rules, as well as not having enough pieces to checkmate, is not supported at this time.

Why do I write the rules when almost nobody reads them? There is a note about writing to info@brainking.com with a request to finish a game with some draw situation.
