Berlusconi hopes for international help to rebuild the little town (yes he said that, and he loves to show up in front of cameras the ugly guy). Well, it's a mess. L'Aquila seems to have other things to do than get flooded by a massive policeforce. The people from L'Aquila living in tents, people who do not trust the next winter, are not amused.
