I contend that it's impossible for a person to function as a CSR if they can not be reached by those very customers and would like an assurance that no CSR has any members on their enemy list. 14. These people are volunteers and don't get anything for what they are doing for this site. Obviously no one gets along, or likes everyone. I don't understand why these people shouldn't be allowed to have an enemy's list like everyone else. Why should they be left open for abuse when they are only volunteering to help here. 14.
