this line was copied from my opponents turn table. why didnt it end the game at 0 minutes?

tippyc: I'm not sure exactly how they explain it, but its something like, that part of the program runs at a certain interval.

Eriisa: i guess that makes sense. like it checks for timed out games every 5 or 10 minutes, and ends them if it finds them. the game ended at -5 minutes
