I want to emphasie the sentence in my original post!

"In all honesty I have noticed an improvement in his attitude"

Maybe complaints did help! Maybe the system "IS WORKING"

Looking at it from a positive position I want to beleive that!

I have noticed an improvement in a lot of areas!

I've even considered maybe it is partially due to my own attempt to go along and get along.

I still beleive BK is by far the best game site on the internet and will try even harder to do what I can to help it to remain so!
