The fact that most people don't is besides the point: if you decide to register and complain afterwards about rules you should've read before, that's your problem. 2 - If you're seriously ill on a hospital bed and the first (or even the 50th) thing that comes to your mind is "I'm gonna time out on BrainKing if I don't get internet access soon", then you REALLY need to set your priorities straight!  26.
