Fencer added it to all pages, so that if there is a bug, and you click the "bug" on that page, bug tracker will "take note" of the page where you discovered the bug. (For example if you click it from a game, the URL of that game will be in bug tracker, so that you don't have to remember to specify which game you have spotted a bug in.) 14.
