Probability =~ 0.1% since you changed HD and the problem remains...... Probability =~ 95% In most situations where something similar happens, the motherboard is the problem. If you go to the store you bought it to fix it and they say that they have repaired it don't trust them! The motherboard should be replaced.....! Probability = ~4% Probability =! 1%........
