ajtgirl:Good to see you back! All those books sound interesting except for Cell..I just don't care much for Stephen King. I would like to read Songs in Ordinary Time..will PM you!!
Dolittle: I like some Steven King. I think my favorite was The Stand. I remember reading it when it first came out in '77 (I think). But I didn't like Misery, so much in fact, that I never did watch the movie of it.
Eriisa:There are several books listed in the posts that need to be added to the request list. Hrqls told me how to do it but I am not seeing what he told me to click on. If you wouldn't mind, could you add them for me? Please and thank you!!!
Eriisa: I read The Stand....imo it was the worse book I ever forced myself to read. lol a large book mind you...but hey, it was Stephen King..so I kept reading it. when the book was over...I got up..walked to the door of the Chicago motel room I was in,and tossed it out into the parking lot. havent read another King book since.
Kipling:
The Stand
opened my eyes to his writings. It was regarded as horror because it involved the results of a bio catastrophe.
The book is not about horror, it is about
Good vs Evil
