MadMonkey: i had the same problem this morning no idea for how long but when i got in
i thought has noone else had mentioned it must of been a fault at my end

Furthermore, there was no downtime of the site itself and I saw about 100 online users all the time (today). Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for a DNS servers malfunction which caused a temporary non-existence of brainking.com domain in several parts of world. However, it was resolved in 3 or 4 hours, so it was really not a big issue.

Anyway, in case it happens again (which should not), try to use 81.91.83.6 instead of brainking.com. IP address should always work.

Fencer: I couldn't get on earlier today either but that was because my wife hid my computer!

Fencer: Eh, no secondary/ternary DNS server? DNS is designed in such a way that DNS servers going down can hardly noticeable for clients.

MadMonkey: For about 2 hours this morning, I couldn't access the site, using the regular brainking.com address. However, brainking.cz worked without any sign of trouble.
