I’m not blaming Chief for what others are doing, my problem is with him directly. He sent me a message accusing me of, and I quote: “spying, ratting, informing, bad mouthing, obsessive vendettas”, “your days … are numbered…”, “Instead of just playing checkers you have decided to make the KM your obsession”. You and I played two games, you won one, and I won the other. Did I seem obsessed with KM at the time? The truth is I don’t belong nor do I want to belong to any group here. My reason for creating alternative nics (yes, more than one) is totally different. Chief seems to think that he has a right to ask me what my other nic is, and I disagree. My identity is my own business. As for having an adult conversation, I’m all for it. But I would like to have it here, so that I may expose Mr. Chief for what he is.

The fact that you have added KM to your name has said that you are a member of the group. The fact that you are not a member, only pretending to be, says you're obsessed.

My wearing your logo is a way of mocking you and getting your attention. And now that I got it, you still didn’t answer my question. What did I do or say to show my obsession at the time? By the way, you won’t be able to delete anymore of my games.

There are some who would say that getting our attention and mocking us IS a bit of an obssession. We like to look at it as a cry for help.

I don’t need any help exposing your group for what you really are. My question is still not answered. You, in the other hand, are actively harassing and targeting me. By your own admission, no less. Show me proof of my obsession BEFORE you started all this mess.

Who am I to you, and why do you need my attention or who are we if that should apply? -actually I am nobody, getting my attention will do you absolutely no good in this struggle we call life or your pursuit of happiness. We as a group have no need to harass you other than the simple request to remove the label identifying you as a member of our club, which you are not.

Hardly ambivalent-sounds like you're angry that I am in the KM, maybe not but that seems to show strong feelings.

I think you may want to reconsider this dispute as the longer you go on the more apparent things become.

Evidently Chief sees it as his divine right to remove any message that does not suit or support his theory of global conspiracy against the KM. And how dare thugs like myself even try to speak the truth?? The truth is bigger than that, it’s whatever Chief wants it to be.

I posted my entire conversation with Chief, which clearly showed his insults and accusations, and my repeated attempts to resolve the situation peacefully and with a smile.

This DB should be used to discuss checkers. Everyone would welcome an end to disputes but it is best resolved in private messages. The checkers DB is not the place for a soap opera.
