Brown checkers on black points? Isn't this a fundamental no-no? How do I change my display colors?

Onderwerp: Question
Fencer: I put myself on retirement in one of your stairs. I thought I was finished with my games. It didn't say I had another to play. Here comes this 2nd game with this guy. If I win this game will I get credit for it even though I am on retirement? I won the 1st one out of the 2 we are to play.
Another question.. How long can we be on retirement? I know I can't start back for 7 days. I just didn't want to start anymore before going on vacation. Thank you
BARB

Pbarb2: I'm almost positive that if you win it will still count and you will move up a step (or down a step if you lose) - just that it will not be shown to everyone else since you are on retirement.

Plus again almost positive that you can be on retirement forever (well as long as you stay a rook)

BIG BAD WOLF: What has baing a rook got to do with that? Retirement is for everyone, isn't it?

pauloaguia: Because a pawn is only allowed to be in 1 stair at a time, so if someones membership drops, they may be removed from some stairs to get them to the 1 stair limit.

pauloaguia: Well I believe that is what it is suppose to do, but it is quite possible Fencer has not had a chance to program that part of it yet.
