Create a New game of Xiangqi, Established ratings, Provisional ratings, The Rules of Xiangqi.

This is a clear violation of rules by red!!
Perpetual chase of the black car is definitely forbidden, red has to change, otherwise the game is lost!!(see rules of Asian Xiangqi Federation)
