Every language must have his own mod / global mod system, strictly divorced.
Language 1: Global Mods | Mods
Language 2: Global Mods | Mods
...
Language n: Global Mods | Mods
Note: This includes that posting / reading abilities can changed for a user only within the language's boards.

And it should be clear, that ALL actions of moderators / global moderators should be logged.

NOTE: We are discussing in our german speaking community about the following: If in "our" language global mods are needed, we will set all mods to global mods. That means responsibility together.

In fact I think Filip will change the mod system in some way. This is obviously for me - if we continue in this way global mods from other languages will come into other languages, using babbelfisch to translate and then ... NO, THANKS!
