Rpost = (NRpre + mRavg + (W-L)400) / N+m
= (5x2031 + 2x1390 + 2x400) / 5+2
= (10155 + 2780 + 800) / 7
= 13735 / 7
= 1962

Apparently the system corrects for ratings going down when winning though.
You can't expect to gain anything playing against players rated 700 points lower than you.
