I think Mutwa's point is that a president, in his official capacity & because of the power temporarily ceded to him, is more than a man. He can do great things, for good or evil. Now we are straying into politics. lol But, naturally, I lot of poetry is political, even great poetry (I think of Blake, one of my favorites). 4.
