Assunto: jst a comment re dieting

I heard an interview that was mind expanding about losing weight & keeping it off successfully.
it was by a US senator of all thinks mike huckabee who used to be a whale..but lost all this weight.
I dont have a weight prob.but he was so enlightening to listen to,I think i will get the book he wrote
"Quit Digging Your Grave With A Knife and Fork"
