Knights and Rooks may join the Xiangqi Fellowship which has additional boards for discussion and resources (links to other sites).
Pawns may not join the fellowships, but links from the Xiangqi resources board are have been copied to a Resources message.
Create a New game of Xiangqi, Established ratings, Provisional ratings, The Rules of Xiangqi.

beatit2: I have two won games against eeze1 in chess and Jimbone Chinese chess. they both won't resign and keep on playing very slowly. This guy Jimbone is the worse who just login so many times without making a move. some times he just review the game and logout again.

According to the the rule, they are correct. However I would agree with you that it was not a sportmanship behaviour. I recommend you to play with other players, for example me :)
