Субъект: The game which can not timeout

I play the following game:
Chess (Nagy Peter vs. Mekk)
In this game from at least 3 days, opponent clock shows less than one day, ticks down to zero ... and then is reset to one day.

What is going on? Will the flag ever fall?

Mekk: It wont time out because he has sat an sun as his two days off.. the game is set for standard days off
