Субъект: Do the rich pay their fair share of taxes

The top 10% pay 70% of the taxes. The top 2% pay 38%. The bottom 51 % pay NOTHING.

Those are facts.

So Obama LIES when he talks about those who do not pay their fair share. Shouldn't the bottoms pay at least something?

AND, since we can make MORE MONEY in taxes with a flat tax, why isn't that happening?
